The hotel was modern, and I greatly enjoyed EXCELLENT staff and tastefully decorated room. The location in a shopping area was nice and perfect and there were a main shopping street and a shopping street nearby. Lucky that it was within easy walking distance of Sparky's Grill, offering food to go.

The room are ok. Very clean but compact... Very thoughtful with the bottle of shower gel and hair wash
Room is quite small...cant put big luggage... The hotel is located at the small lane...quite far inside and quiet during the night. Not suitable for gals to stay there...

Pos Review for Metz Pratunam:
My stay at Metz Pratunam was excellent for my business trip. the breakfast choices were delicious, including tasty bacon and sausage. the hotel is conveniently located in a central area, just a stone's throw away from the Pratunam market, 7-11, Family Mart, and the Platinum shopping mall, making it easy to explore the vibrant surroundings. It’s also near the shopping district, which is fantastic!

The road leading to main road is very dark. No complimentary tuk tuk ride to main road. Buffet breakfast is actually semi-buffet, not much choice.

We stayed at Metz for 6 nights and overall it was a pleasant experience. When we first reached the hotel at 1030am, all I wanted was to leave our luggage at the concierge as I wasn’t expecting to be able to check-in before 12pm. When the receptionists saw us walking into the hotel, they greeted us by our name and served us beverages. This hospitality warmed our hearts and it made us feel welcomed. After that, we were issued with our room card key and I was surprised that they allowed us to check in at 1030am. Breakfast vouchers were also given to us when I did not even include breakfast when we booked a room. That’s a big bonus to us. I would like make a point that even some other bigger hotels weren’t as flexible as Metz. The room was big and comfortable, nice interior and they have the biggest double bed I have ever seen. I believe it was a king sized bed and I could even see baiyoke sky hotel from our window. Even though the breakfast spread had limited choices, it’s definitely enough to fill your stomach. Some mornings we would have fried rice and fried noodles and some other mornings we would have porridge. Salad bar, fruits and toasted breads were also served on the breakfast bar. The staffs have pretty good command of English considering they are thais and I believe guests wouldn’t have problems communicating. They even recognized us and said hello when we met each other at some night market! The hotel has free Wifi and two desktops at the lobby for the convenience of the hotel guests. I would definitely go back to Metz again because of the price, location and the hospitality of the staffs.
-Hotel is 20mins walking time away from Phaya Thai bts. -Hotel is situated about 100m away from the main road. -Even the most experienced taxi drivers have difficulties locating the hotel. -Breakfast could have more varieties but considering Metz is a boutique with only 25 rooms, the hotel would have food wastage if they would to have more varieties. -Tooth brush, tooth paste and shavers are not included. (Towels, facial towels, hair dryers included) -The price is too ridiculously cheap and affordable and it’s tempting me to go back again very soon.

One of the best things about this hotel is its value for money. You'll be pleasantly surprised by the prices, which are extremely affordable given the quality of the rooms and service provided. The attention to detail is also impressive, with clean and spacious rooms that are well-maintained. The location, although a bit hidden, is a hidden gem. Nestled along a small alley, it provides a quiet and cozy escape from the busy streets of the city. And if you're a foodie, you'll love the fact that there's a small restaurant right opposite the hotel that serves the best Thai food you've ever tasted.
All was perfect, I couldn't ask for more!

I like the staff hospitality and friendly attitude. The hotel room itself is very comfortable even is small. Yet it also nearby to pratunam night market. Platinum mall is also in within walking distance. Takes about 15-20min walks. Wifi is free for 24hours :-p

Comfortable stay and the service was really good. Very helpful receptionist especially the girl who works in the morning shift. Very convenient location in Pratunam as it's all walking distance to some of the shopping places especially Platinum Mall. Easily find some restaurants serving nice and cheap local food. Very convenient to get to BTS station, taxi and tuk-tuk. Easily fine some good massage shops nearby hotel.
The room has limited space but acceptable. The choices of breakfast were limited.
